As we bid adieu to Penni's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Penni has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Harber and Evelyn Harber Sr. (Wilburn); and her brother Harold C. Harber Jr. of Chillicothe. She is survived by: her sister Kathy Boyd (Shawn) of Whitehall; her sister-in-law Donna Harber of Chillicothe; and her brothers, David Harber (Anna) of Lockbourne, Charles Harber Sr. (Martha) of Obetz and Glen Harber (Daniel Maxwell) of London, UK. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home (1631 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH 43207).
