She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Taylor, and Paris Taylor, Sr. (Bowman); her nephew Christopher Taylor; and her cousin Cynthia Bowman-Okafor (Dee Dee Cradle). She is survived by: her daughter Game; her husband Stephen Burgess; her children, Yvonne Taylor, Gregory Johnson, Michael Johnson, Donald Johnson, Evette Langston, Matthew Johnson, Mikkel Johnson, Ein Johnson (Destiny), Kara Johnson, Eli Johnson (Tanisha), Parris Johnson, Tamar Johnson, Dionne Johnson and Kela Johnson; and her siblings, Carol A. Taylor, Pamela Turner (Pattrick), Paul R. Taylor, Jr. (Gilda) and Deborah Scobey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
