She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Wiley and Hugh Wiley; her husband Francis Garrett; her son William Wolf (Billy); and her brother Donald Wiley.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Robert Garrett (Alice), Brenda Fisher (Dave) and Don Garret; her siblings, Tom Wiley (Tilli) and Ellen Clafflin; and her nieces and nephews, Joyce Ann Pleasant, Linda Lytle, Tina Wiley, Trudi McArthur and Tom Wiley. She is also survived by many step-grandchildren and many step-great-grandchildren.
