She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Blackburn and Ella Blackburn; and her husband William Elkins. She is also survived by her son, Danny L. Plants; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Advantage Funeral Home (3030 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
