He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce Sr. Woods and Ruby Woods; and his siblings, Florence Clemons, Mary Steele, Bruce Woods Jr., Gail Woods-Murrell, Clifford Woods and James Woods.
He is survived by : his sons, Lamar Woods and Mark Nyros; his sisters, Janet Rieves, Sharon Woods and Theresa Woods; and his close friends, Howard Tidwell and Anne Warren. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
