She is survived by: her husband Jerry Blanchard; her children, Susan Tackett (Jamie), Sandra Blanchard and Michael Blanchard (Alycia); her son-in-law John Weinheimer; her grandchildren, Laura Harper (Tim), Miranda Weinheimer, Sarah Mathews, Anna Matthews (Garrett), Hannah, Ryan Blanchard, Jenna Webster (Mickey) and Stephen Reffitt (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Natalie Harper, Neveah Keller, Asher Mathews, Wyatt Abbott, Tristan Webster and Brody Reffitt. She is also survived by 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
