She is survived by: her father Jim Bates; her close friend Kevin Hurst; her sons, Andrew and Tyler Hurst; her stepfather Robert Funk (Jim Bates); her mother-in-law Rosemary Hurst; her brothers, Rob Funk, Tony Funk (Lauren), Jason Bates (Michelle), Judson Bates (Rachel) and Jameson Bates; and her siblings-in-law, Tina Evans and Lawrence Hurst. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and countless other relatives, friends.
