He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Carol Dury (Daniel); his son Frank Dury; his parents, Francis Joseph Dury and Agnes Gertrude Dury (Strapp); his parents-in-law, Francis Luke Daniel and Mary Frances Daniel (Darroch); his sister-in-law Catherine Vonderahe (Daniel); and his nephew Hank Vonderahe.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Fiorilli (Paul), Meg Dury (Joel Fenstemaker) and Tom Dury (Dee); his grandchildren, Sophia, Esme, Grace, Luke Fiorilli, Will Fenstemaker and Charlotte Dury; his siblings, Ron Dury (Mary Lou), Mary Ann Mulherin (Mike), Jim Dury, Susie Ganger (Kevin) and Mimi Dury; and his in-laws, Marie Blubaugh (Steve), Margie Ferrin, Christine Kane (Jack), Annette Daniel and Joe Daniel (Chris).
