He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael G. Dane and Darlene Hickman. He is survived by: his sister Teresa Simon (Gary Andre); his nieces, Hilary Harper (Jeremy) and Hannah Simon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Vayda, Myles, Gibson and Sean Thaxton.
In lieu of flowers, to honor the life saving gift he received 23 years ago, the family requests donations be made to the Donor Memorial Lifeline of Ohio, 770 Kinnear Rd., Columbus, OH, 43212.
