He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Arledge Anthony; and his siblings, William Anthony, Debbie Anthony and Diane Loos. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Anthony, Melissa Anthony, Robert Todd Anthony (Shannan) and Adam "Chris" Anthony. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions c/o the funeral home (614-444-7861) would be appreciated to help defray expenses.
