She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Brown and Martha Brown. She is survived by: her husband Fred Kass; her sons, Jeffrey Kass and Michael Kass; her daughter-in-law Stacy; her brother Robert Brown; and her grandchildren, Devorah, Noach, Mendel, Dovid, Chaya, Shlomo, Gavi, Shiya and Naomi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A shiva was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 5:00 PM, on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 7:00 AM and at 4:55 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the New Beth Jacob Cemetery (2565 Performance Way, Columbus, OH 43207).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Maxine's memory may be made to Congregation Beth Jacob or Columbus Torah Academy.
