He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claude Phillips (Toad) and Betty Burkhart Phillips; his wife Margaret Phillips (Miller); his daughter Nicole; his stepchildren, Shane Courtney of Miamisburg, Rebecca Bussard (Johnny Schaeffer) of Dayton, Rachel Lander (Ian) of West Carrollton and Leslie South (Justin) of Dublin; and his siblings, David Phillips (Liane) of Cincinnati, Joyce Cotner (Paul) of Miami Fl, Bill Phillips (Sharon) of Germantown and Martha Gerold (Arthur) of Huron. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
His final unselfish act was organ/tissue donation and he would be happy to know that he has helped countless others (Lifeline of Ohio).
