She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dixon Lee Mayes and Lucy Ellen Chandler Mayes (Sadie) of Frazier's Bottom; her daughters, Pamela VanSky (Terry) of Southern Pines, NC, Laura Hegedus (Bob) of Columbus, OH and Karen Morris of Bellbrook, OH.; and her grandchildren, Silas VanSky (Masha), Harrison VanSky (Rachel), Maddie VanSky, Alexander Hegedus, Erica Meck (Howard) and Shea Ervin (Carter).
She was very proud of being a blood donor, donating throughout her life.
