Lishia was loved and cherished by many people including: husband Walter; daughters, Terry Hargis (Phil), Rosemary Moody (Randy) and Leesa Gallagher (Mike); siblings, Dewey Ousley, Grace Morris and Loretta Roush; and grandchildren, Eli, Jesse, Jonathan Moody and Christopher Hargis. Lishia was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.
