She is survived by: her mother Beverly Piazza of Cocoa Beach, FL; her brother Tony Piazza of Silver Springs, MD; her husband Michael Ely of Cincinnati; and her children, Elizabeth Ely of Athens, OH, Emily Ely of Pittsburgh, PA, Nathaneal Ely of Cincinnati, Grady Ely of Cincinnati and Rowan Ely of Cincinnati, Ohio..

In lieu of flowers, donations to Catholic Charities in her name would be appreciated.
