He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smallwood and Marguerite "Motdear" L. Smallwood Culbreath (Cole); and his siblings-in-law, John Gregory and Georgianna "Sissy" Smallwood. He is survived by: his siblings, Frederick "Sonny" Perdue (Mary) of Altadena, CA, Harry Smallwood (Debra) of Gahanna, OH, Linda Smallwood of Atlanta, GA and Paula Smallwood of Columbus, OH; and his sister-in-law Maxine Perdue of Steubenville, OH.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Peace - East (5456 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery.
