He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross P. Higerd and Alice B. Higerd (Williams); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Shelle; his siblings, Kathy Mann (Mike) of California Eileen and Terry Higerd (Patti) of Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Rebeck (Stacy) and Mark Rebeck (Trudy Roth). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
