She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Helen Smith (Pinnick). She is survived by: her children, Gina Denny (Mike) and Scott Harris (Charme); her grandchildren, Shane (Mallory), Adam, Malcolm, Scott Jr., Kaysie (Lindsey), Alex (Ashley), Karlee (Logan) and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Sofia, Luka, Ryan, Brylie, Callie, Demi, Alexa, Raylinn and Maddox; her brothers, David (Pat), Steve (Pam) and Ric (Denise); and her close friend Ruth Swinehart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Columbus Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
