She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Martin (Tom Varney) of Hilliard, OH and Susan Monfort (Greg) of Worthington, OH; her children, Heather McCoy (Matthew) of Columbus, Matthew Butler (Kathy Milette) of Worthington and Andy Butler (Cara) of Canal Winchester, OH; and her grandchildren, Kiersten, Jilian, Taylor, Kalee, Wyatt, Sam, Julianna and Jude. She is also survived by niece and four nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Judy's name to the American Heart Association.
