He is survived by: his former spouse Karren Shook; his daughter Jackie Gill; his grandson Matthew Lascola; his close friend Wayne Klepas; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Shook, Keith Shook and Michael Travis; his extended family Susan Spann; and his grandchildren, Darrell Turner and Amarra Hammock.
