He is survived by: his children, Johnathan Goins (Tiarra) and Antjuanette Church; his granddaughters, Gabrielle Y. Goins and Zariyah L. Goins; his siblings, Garland Church, Jr., Mark Church, Peter Church and Melanie Coleman (Delmar); and his close friends, Carla Petty, Karen Davis, Pam Easley and Gifford Moss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
