He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Edwin Kelly and Leora Smith Kelly; his son Lloyd Joseph Kelly; and his brothers, Ronnie Smith, Edward Smith and Paul Kelly.
He is survived by: his significant other Ronald Stamen; his daughter-in-law Julie Kelly; his grandchildren, Steven Kelly, Jakeb Kelly, Andrianna Phillips and Angelique Naples; his great grandchild Giuliana Naples; his sister Sharon Buzard Lacy (Mike); his aunt Betty Parsley; and his cousin Connie Matney of West Virginia. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and other cousins.
