He was predeceased by: his father Gene Minney; and his brother David Minney. He is survived by: his mother Linda Minney; his wife Carol Wheeler; his niece Leslie Minney (Cody DeWitt); his nephew Coleman Minney; his uncle Johnny Kirk (Anita); his aunts, LaDonna Kirk (Bill) and Devra Roberts (Brian); and his cousin Zach. He is also survived by family members and friends.
