He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fadley and Karlene Fadley; and his brothers, Jeffrey and Matthew Fadley. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Wilson Fadley; his daughters, Karlene Fadley (Agung) and Erin Fadley; his pets, Fellar, Frankie and Enzi; his sisters, Kathleen Fadley and Debbie Ackley; his nieces and nephews, Shaun Fadley, James, John Luke Fadley-Magee, Maren Fadley, Kayla Rideout, Megan Wilson (CJ) and Kylie Fadley (Molly); and his in-laws, Elizabeth Wilson, Richard and Michelle Wilson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home (403 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (414 E N Broadway, Columbus, OH 43214).
