He is survived by: his wife Trang Thi Justice; his children, Janice Elston of Phenix City, AL and Khiem Nguyen (Loc) of Columbus, GA; his father Walter D. Justice; his siblings, Stacie Revlock (Jeffrey) of Port St, Tracy Toth (Robert) of Howard, OH and Gregory Justice (Theresa) of Opelika, AL; his grandchildren, Khoi Nguyen (Thi), Olivia Elston, Seth Elston, Jimmy Nguyen and Kevin Nguyen; and his great grandchild Kayden Nguyen.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home (4048 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
