Qualls III (Roxanne) and Robert D Qualls; her grandsons, Alex Stafford Jr., Henry T Qualls IV (Sherita) and Jeremy Qualls; her daughter Jeannie; her great grandchildren, Alexis Stafford, Ayanna Stafford, Allon Stafford, Alexzandrya Stafford, Aniyah Qualls, Amirah Qualls, Henry T Qualls V, Samiya Qualls, Jernei Qualls and Myonna Cross; her sister Alberta Wilkes of Nashville, TN; and her nieces, Sandra Young and Norma Broadus.
She is survived by: her friend Vivian Shamblin.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Caliman Funeral Services (3700 Refugee Rd, Columbus, OH 43232). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
