She was predeceased by: her parents, James Schifer and Mildred Schifer (Shroll); her husband Larry Schiefer; her sister Joyce Hagelberger Wells; and her in-laws, Tom Hagelberger, Fred Wells, Len, Lee Schiefer, Vicki Schiefer and Pauline Schiefer.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Schiefer (Karla); her grandchildren, KaiLee Niese (Benjamin), KarLee Schiefer and James Schiefer; her son Greg Schiefer (Cindy); her grandchildren, Grace Brown (Jalon), Caitlin Schiefer and Nate Schiefer; her daughter Jennifer Scott (Bill); her grandchildren, Luke Scott (Paige) and Allison Scott; her great grandchildren, RaiLee, Bennett and Bryantt Niese; and her sister Shirley Kraft (Oscar).
Janet and Larry strongly valued education and memorial donations are encouraged to be given to the "Larry Schiefer Memorial Scholarship Fund" through the funeral home.
