She was predeceased by: her daughter Julia Ann Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Abigail Rose Smith; her close friend Robert Smith; her parents, Coni Woessner and J. Fred Moore; and her siblings, Tereasa, Lisa, Rhonda and Dominic.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home - Canal Winchester (650 W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110).
