He was predeceased by: his siblings, Loretta Risher (Don), Lois Scandinaro (Frank), Betty Rall (Bob), Mary Ann Wise (Doug), Robert and Joseph; his mother-in-law Georgia Hannah (Meade); his brother-in-law Larry Mills; and his son-in-law Christopher Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Hannah); his children, Deana Harper of Maryland, Daniel (Amber) of New Jersey and James II (Meghan) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Amie, Ariana, Casey America (Conor), Madison and Tyler; his sister Patty Quesenberry (Bob); his father-in-law Clifford Hannah; and his sisters-in-law, Nina Mills and Bea Thornton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
