He is survived by: his son Jimmy Kirk; his former wife Frieda Kirk; his great-niece Angel Phelps; his great-nephew Nicholas Phelps; his niece Nikki Kirk; and his godson Michael Davis.

Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 P. M. Friday, September 9, 2022 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where a U. S. Army Honor Guard will fold and present the flag at 6:45 P. M. HEALTH SAFETY - Franklin County is currently COVID level.
