He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Adkins (Sistek); and his brother-in-law Don. He is survived by: his father John Adkins; and his siblings, Sue Holley, Joe Adkins (Marcia), Terri Uhrig (Richard) and Dao Tran (Lan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer - Northeast Chapel (3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association.
