She was predeceased by: her husband Harley; her daughter Brenda Parsons; her parents, Alfred Perkins and Daisy Perkins; and her siblings, Dee, Roger, Bobby and Dot.
She is survived by: her children, Rusty Perkins, Harley Amick Jr., Kathy Stone and Kimberly Baker (Jim); and her brother Chuck Perkins. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jerry Spears Funeral Home (2693 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM.
