She is survived by: her children, Maria Hunter, Jeffrey Hunter (Irene), Terence Hunter (Karen) and Cordell Hunter; and her grandchildren, Adam White, Brandon Hunter, Britney Tonyemba, Breanna Poe, Cydnee Hunter and Natayla Hunter.
