She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gibson and Lucille Yates Gibson. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. "Rick" Waugh, Jr.; her sons, Timothy and Ryan Waugh; her niece Angie Murphy; her nephews, John and Jim Gillenwater; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Cundiff (Robert) and Lori Devore (Tom).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Advantage (5554 Karl Rd, Columbus, OH 43229). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
