She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Morgan and Lillian Morgan (Plush); and her husband Kenneth Lambert. She is survived by: her children, Annette Holdren (Jeff) and Kenneth Lambert (Peggy); her grandchildren, Mick Cunningham (Jessica), Daniel McClaskey, Marcus Lafferty, Kenneth Lambert (Bailey) and Hallie Holdren; her great grandchildren, Mick, Jaxson, Andrew and Malcolm; and her brother Lewis Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Heartland Hospice in Patty's memory.
