He is survived by: his parents, Jack O'Brien and Charlene O'Brien (Hawes) of Byron, IL; his siblings, Kathy O'Brien Gandolfi (Michael Gandolfi) of Charleston, IL and Michael O'Brien (Paula Mitchell) of Riverwoods, IL; his son Justin O'Brien of Arcola, IL; and his nieces, Jordyn Gandolfi, Taylor Santos (Rico), Annie Gandolfi, Regan O'Brien and Jeanette O'Brien. He is also survived by his aunts and uncle and several cousins.
