He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick James Milligan Sr. and Virginia Stone Milligan; his wife Carol Moreland Milligan; his children, Jennifer (Pascal Fouquet), Corey (Jessica) and Michael (Lisa Wallis); and his grandchildren, Ruby, Buck and Lucas.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM. Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ballard Hall at Central College.
