She is survived by: her children, Jamie Gephart (Rhonda), Robyn Durham and Jeremy Gephart (Christina); her brother Tony Dwyer; and her grandchildren, Devin, Arianna, Peyton, Leah and Lucas.
The family is asking for donations to help with funeral expenses due to her unexpected passing.
