With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene Lumpkin Jr. (Columbus, Ohio), born in Vallejo, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 26, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lumpkin, Sr. and Carrie Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Earnesteen Lumpkin; his children, Juan Lumpkin, Marcus Lumpkin (Michelle) and Shemika Lumpkin; his grandchildren, Danielle (Jhaunte), Marcus II, Marcella, Zachariah and Ivy; his great grandchildren, Aniyah, Carter, Chase and Melody; and his siblings, Albert, Robert, Craig, Derrick (Angela), Sharon, Teresa, Carla, Thomas (Ann), Paul, Woosie, Joe, Sarah, Dallie and Sammie.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of God (3480 Refugee Rd, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at the Calvary Memorial Garden (360 Old Hwy 24, Trinity, AL 35601).
