He was predeceased by: his father Deacon Eugene Davis (Deaconess Ruth M.); and his brother Edwin Davis, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Davis (Ayanna), Sharrod Davis, Aleisha Layne (Craig) and Anthony Davis (Ashley); his stepchildren, Aaron Goodwin and Dominique Mason (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Angelica, Ayah Davis, Carly Davis, Aalijah, Gabriel Layne, Asher Goodwin, Alani Mason, Brycen Mason, Miller, Brayley Walden and Brycen McGee; his siblings, Patricia D. Welch, Diane Henderson, Elaine D. Dixie, Jeanette D. Lumpkins (Les), Gerome and Barry Davis; his aunts, Louretta Larry and Charlene Manigault; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, fraternity brothers, shipmates, classmates, and friends.
