He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frederick and Marilyn Banks (Murray); his niece Elizabeth Fowler; and his great-nephew Xander Fowler. He is survived by: his sisters, Katharine "Kathy" Eyer (Rick) of New Paris, Sarah Ann Mason of Florida and Melissa Reaver (Dale) of Millersport, OH; his foster brother Randy Bowser (Tia) of Eaton; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Murney (Dan), Rebecca Eyer, Cordie Szulborski (Larry), Autumn Abbott (Brad), Hayley Schmidt (Mike), Nathan Reaver (Kristen) and Zachary Reaver (Katie). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and cousins.
