He was predeceased by: his father Andrew James Cofield; his sisters-in-law, Donna Cofield and Catherine Cofield; his niece Shantel Grigsby-Decoux; and his nephew Dashay Coleman.
He is survived by: his mother Minnie Grace Cofield; and his siblings, Ernest Cofield of Ashland, KY, Diane Stevens (Kenneth), Frieda Cofield, Sandra Cofield (David) and Claudine Parenteau (Thomas) of Norfolk, VA..
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Peace - East (5456 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
