It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Fields (Columbus, Ohio), born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on July 4, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dave Al and Eliza Jane Hayes. She is survived by : her children, Michael Castle (Vicky), Ricky Fields Shelly Tresemer (Bruce) and Linda Purdue (Buddy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren and 3, great great grandchildren.
