He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his sister Lee Elliott; his children, Brad Heinbach (Lynn) and Helen Hogan (Mark); his grandchildren, Kathleen Heinbach (Kearstin Williams), Elizabeth Heinbach (Stephen Pair), Luke Hogan (Eve) and Hailey Hogan; his brother-in-law Howard Lawrence (Pat); his nephews, David Elliott (Stacy Mazzalupo) and Donald Elliott (Rosalva); his nephews, Coleman Lawrence (Karol) and Andrew Lawrence (Irby); his niece Maria Lawrence (David); and also Maxim.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, Penn State University, or Fairview Cemetery Association in Buchanan, Virginia.
