He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotta Ross; his sister Melanie Crouch; and his niece Paige. He is survived by: his siblings, Nikkole, Bill, Nathan, Matt, Aaron and Adam. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
