He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Holt and Martha Holt; and his siblings, Judy Carte (Holt), Carol Holt and Dennis.
He is survived by: his children, David E. Holt Jr., Marlyn Zeeck and Krystle Hall (Holt); his grandchildren, Chris, John Zeeck, Wesley, Laila and Cayden Hall; his siblings, Daryl, Danny, Shirley Lipps and Ruby Perry; and his former wife Kathy Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
