He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Thompson (Chad); his grandchildren, Chloe and Finn Thompson; his siblings, Linda Fisher, Barry Jenkins (Michelle) and Holly Moody (Joe); and his partner's children, Charlie and Cody Holstein.
