He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McNeely and Ruby McNeely; and his siblings, Bill McNeely, Jim McNeely, Donnie McNeely, Joann Toler, Freddy McNeely and Bob McNeely.
He is survived by: his siblings, Glen McNeely (Susan) of Cincinnati, Mary Lou Huddleson of Augusta, Georgia, Helen Crostwaite of Cincinnati and Cathy Sites (David) of Galion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
