With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Ferensen (Columbus, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Daniel leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Ferensen and Mabel Ferensen; his son Daniel Thomas Ferensen; and his siblings, Jane Richards and Thomas Ferensen.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ferensen (Poly); his sons, James Ferensen (Lori) and John Ferensen; and his grandchildren, Amy Traver (Mike), Andrea Danielson (Brian), Lindsay Tanner (Doug), Kaitlin Ferensen and Cory Ferensen (Lauren). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, numerous other family and friends.
