He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Evan Chapman and Herbert Ross; and his aunts and uncles, Roger Chapman, Michael Crawford, Dina Bounds and Peggy Sue Chapman.
He is survived by: his parents, Wanena Chapman and Joseph Chapman; his daughter Savannah Ray; his grandmothers, Betty Chapman and Mary Ross; his siblings, Joshua Chapman and Gypsy Phillips; his brother-in-law Morrell Phillips; his sister Linda Phillips; and his brother-in-law Michael Phillips. He is also survived by his many nephews and nieces.
